terms and conditions

1. price
all prices are inclusive of VAT, the mentioned prices count unless otherwise provided.

2. orders
by filling in and sending the order-form the order is binding. The order will be treated immediately.

3. shipment, forwarding costs
the shipment is effected with standart mail (Economy) to the declared adress in the form. The period of delivery depends on the country (Europe 1 week). Momentary out of stock articles will be delivered at a later stage. Pül Edition GmbH reserves the right to deliver only when on stock. If the article is exhausted the purchaser will be immediately informed.

forwarding costs:
We deliver the Economy-mailing with following terms:

Switzerland, Bookset: CHF 7.00
Europe, single item: CHF 5.00
Europe, bookset: CHF 10.00

A shipment abroad via this website ist only possible by advance payment. Also with bulk orders Pül Edition GmbH reserves the right of advance payment. For all requests please adress Pül Edition GmbH.
Contractual and invoice currency is CHF (Swiss Francs).

4. payment terms
10 days after billing date without deduction.
Only after completed payment the property of the item goes to the customer.

5. replacement, returns
Replacement delivery is only possible with wrong delivery, transport damage and fabrication defect, which have to be claimed at once. A claim of cancelling the contract or reducing the price not possible, if a replacement delivery can be done in proper time.

The claimed item has to be send back within 8 days (date stamp) with a corresponding comment to the Pul Edition GmbH. Transport damages have to be reported within 48 hours, otherwise the claim for free replacement expires.

6. protection of data privacy
the necessary data for theorder will be saved under strict abidance of the regulations of the law. All personal Informations will be treated as strictly confidential.

7. place of jurisdiction
The regulations of the swiss federal law are exclusively imperative. the place of juridiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
